Rendezvous 2013

Carver Cruisers hosted the Carver Rendezvous 2013 at the Port Orchard Marina. The Rendezvous Committee did a great job of organizing the event that drew 14 boats for the weekend. One of the boats was a new Carver 54 that was provided by Jason at Breakwater Marine.  Jason, his wife Sarah, and son Chase joined us for the weekend, participated in some of our events and made the Carver 54 available for tour. Author Richard Blumenthal gave a talk about the early exploration of Puget Sound and how bodies of water and points of land got their names. There was sunshine, a great BBQ, Decorated Boats and Costumed People. Here are a few pictures of the weekend.
